Skyrim How to Get Shadowmere Again

   I have purchased all the DLC's.

   Shadowmere fell off the bridge at the Higher of Winterhold and died, i tried googling how to get him back and i tried waiting the 15-20 days and returning to where he died- no luck.

   I accept checked the Dawnguard Sanctuary & the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary- no luck.

   I accept no idea what to practise/how to become him back.

   Assistance!?

   Well if you are desperate yous could always use the resurrect or resurrect 1 commands through console, on pc.

   The code works, on Shadowmere I'm non sure. I think it would. Again if the torso has vanished, I'm non sure.

   Accept you rode another horse during your await time? If so then that could be the problem. Too what are yous playing on?

   Is his body gone? You have to completely avoid the jail cell where he died for 10 days. for him to respawn. If you crossover into the cell and then the respawn timer will reset.

   I haven't verfied it myself but supposedly if he dies in a body of h2o he respawns in the black puddle near the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary instead, so if he fell into the water underneath the section of the bridge closest to the College and so you demand to wait ten days away from the exterior cell of the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary and then cheque there.

   If he doesn't respawn in either location after 10 days then it'south some kind of a problems and there's naught you can do about it on an Xbox.

   If you've been in the Soul Cairn y'all tin can always ride Arvak. Shadowmere'south not the tank he used to be (at least on XBox). He dies easily now. I found him by the puddle one day, a couple of weeks after the Forsworn killed him. I but happened to be walking/running in that area, and there he was, on the path by the pool.

   Shadowmere doesn't die hands. They actually made him even harder to kill with the 1.8 update by giving him another 750 health points which in turn fabricated his already high healing rate increase exponentially. The merely way he can dice under normal circumstances is by falling damage from a great acme.

   Player'south are constantly hitting followers with Marked for Death without realizing it which finer makes them useless because the debuff is permanent and having a negative armor rating increases all incoming physical impairment exponentially. That'southward why Shadowmere eventually gets one shotted for some players later in the game. It's why I don't even utilize the shout. It'southward not worth the potential problem it can ever create when I have followrers with me.

   Dagmar, do you know if the Black book perk when y'all don't do melee damage to your followers makes any departure to this?

   That might be with your gameplay. Fifty-fifty before the DLC'south came out, Shadow made a great tank. He helped fight Alduin at the Throat of the Globe. Merely e'er since the updates and DLC'south, he seems to have been nerfed. He's been killed by Forsworn and this last time by Bandits.

   So at least when I accept had him on XBox, he's easily killed.

Since difficulty settings don't scale impairment against your followers there is literally zero in the entire game that can generate plenty damage per second to impale Shadowmere other than autumn harm from a great height. He can take continuous simultaneous hits from ii Legendary dragons without dying. Fifty-fifty if yous decided to ride him in combat he still wouldn't die easily with 82 health per second regeneration.

   It's non an Xbox thing if he'due south dying in your game. Either your game is glitched or you're debuffing him. The merely way yous can know that youi're non debuffing him is if you never use Marked for Death but fifty-fifty then information technology still means there's something wrong with your game.

    I wouldn't know how I'd exist de-buffing Shadowmere, I rarely use Marked for Expiry, unless I'm inside a place.

    All I know is that Shadow made a slap-up tank, so for some reason, somewhere forth the line, he got and so he became easily killed.
